Refund Policy
As we shall ensure that the conveyancing services you are commissioning shall begin immediately, which shall require the immediate making of disbursements on your behalf, you do not have the right to cancel this contract, and your rights to the return of monies paid are limited to clause 3 of the Terms of your Quotation. You further recognise that the nature of the conveyancing services to be provided are such that they may take longer than 30 days to perform, and that you shall have no right to the return monies paid in this event.
The circumstances in which you shall be entitled to the return or all of some of the monies paid by you are;
1. Non-Completion (see our Terms and Conditions and your Quotation)
2. Compensation under the terms of our Guarantee
3. Compensation under the Terms of Engagement
